GHeko Designs began with a husband-and-wife team, a small white toner printer, and a big idea.

Joe and Krystl Dawn created GHeko Designs as a family business, right down to the name. The “GH” in GHeko comes from their two children, Gunner and Halley, who are at the heart of everything they do.

Joe, an Atlanta, Texas native, and Krystl, originally from Waskom, Texas, met while attending Stephen F. Austin State University. More than 22 years later, they have built a life, a family, and a business together.

What started small has grown into a full-service custom apparel and design shop offering screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-film printing, vinyl, and so much more. Over the years, GHeko Designs has continued to grow by investing in new equipment, learning new techniques, and finding more ways to bring their customers' ideas to life.

But even as the business has grown, the heart behind it hasn't changed. GHeko Designs is still a family-owned and operated business that believes in hard work, creativity, quality, and taking care of the people and communities they serve.

From one shirt to hundreds, from school spirit and team gear to business apparel, special events, and custom creations, Joe and Krystl love being able to take an idea and turn it into something people are proud to wear.
